Description

Performance management is used in business to set the direction and direction of the organization by setting ambitious goals and measuring its success.  

Planning is a tool to help employees know their priorities, focus, develop and grow.  

The session will focus on best practices as well as tools to simplify day-to-day managerial practices.  

 

The Objectives of the session:

  • Define performance management, its advantages and disadvantages
  • Explore goal setting: the characteristics of effective goals, how individual and organizational goals align, and how to develop measures towards achieving their goals
  • Define clear performance measures and behavioral expectations
